The project will be managed by a Project Manager, Technical Expert, Financial Expert.
Main responsibilities and obligationss of the team leader (the Project Manager):
• manages, coordinates and controls the work of the team;
• communicates and communicates with all participants in the project implementation;
• coordinates and approves financial technical reports and requests for payments. Main responsibilities and activities of the Financial Expert for project implementation:
• exercises control over the financial operations by monitoring the appropriate and lawful spending of the project funds, according to the approved project budget;
• Receives and verifies for the purposes of project monitoring all invoices / documents with equivalent probative value, submitted by the contractors of the project activities;
• Responsible for summarizing financial documents at project level.
Main responsibilities and activities of the Technical Expert for project implementation:
• assists the manager and the other members of the team in the control over the technical implementation of the project;
• monitors and controls the implementation of the concluded contracts for the activities related to Delivery and Construction and installation works;
• monitors the implementation of the schedule of activities related to Delivery and construction and installation work;
• performs on-site inspections of the implementation of construction and installation contracts.
The costs for the project management team with included social security contributions are determined as follows: project manager - BGN 55,000;technical expert - 30,000;project accountant - BGN 10,000;total value: BGN 95,000.
